CIMSA UNRI succesfully held THANOS (Tuberculosis and How to Deal with it During Pandemic Covid-19) from 29th march to 4th April 2022. In 29th March, CIMSA UNRI conducted a THANOS twibbon campaign on Instagram stories. In 2nd April 2022 is the peak event which is held on 14:00 pm – 16:00 pm. THANOS was held online via zoom meeting due to celebrating world tuberculosis day 2022.

THANOS is held by CIMSA UNRI because has a general purpose to invite the public to be aware of the importance of prevention and control tuberculosis during the pandemic. And in particular is to increase public awareness about tuberculosis prevention during the Covid-19 pandemic. Along with increasing knowledge of the general public regarding transmission and tuberculosis control in the time of Covid-19
Before the activity THANOS being held, CIMSA UNRI held pre activity training regarding to the basic knowledge about tuberculosis disease during pandemic. The training was given by one of CIMSA UNRI trainer, Jane Darmadi Kosen as PHL. The training consist of the knowledge about the basic material of development (epidemiology), the emergence of a disease (etiology), how the treatment is carried out and the prevention of tuberculosis within the training also held a pre-test and post-test.
This activity initially opened with remaks from the project officer, dean of Faculty of Medicine University of Riau and LOCO CIMSA FK UNRI. Then proceed with filling in the pretest on the topic to be discussed, then the presentation of material about tuberculosis from the first speaker, namely dr. Indri Esha Siregar, M.Sc., Sp. P(K) who is one of the pulmonary doctors at the Arifin Achmad Hospital in Pekanbaru and the second speaker, Bryan Christian, S.KM., M.Sc GUH, who is a Stop TB Partnership Indonesia.
After the presentation of the material, it was continued with the handing over of certificates to the speakers THANOS 2022, and then filled the posttest by participant and after that a photo was taken together with the THANOS event participants.

After the webinar session ended, CIMSA UNRI conducted an air campaign on Instagram @cimsaunri about basic knowledge about tuberculosis. the next day there was a quiz with prizes followed by webinar participants on the @cimsaunri snapgram and after that THANOS announced the quiz winners and the whole series of THANOS events ended.
