Hello CIMSA! CIMSA UNRI succesfully held SPACE (SCORE and SCOPE Another Capture : Exchange) from 9 April to 16 April 2022. On 9 April CIMSA UNRI held training via zoom meeting. On 14 April, CIMSA UNRI conducted a SPACE twibbon campaign on Instagram stories. On 16 April, SPACE was held online via zoom meeting due to preparing and grand opening for student exchange 2022.

SPACE is held by CIMSA UNRI invite the speakers from National CIMSA and the Outgoers 2020. This event has a general purpose which to invite and sharing the outgoers experience and gave some information to the audience which is medical student from many university about how to participate and being officially exchange’s student.
Before the activity SPACE being held, on 9 April 2022 CIMSA UNRI held a training called “Pre-Activity” which is basically training about basic knowledge of exchange fair. The training was given by one of CIMSA UNRI trainer, Jeremy Thomas Manik as LOCO. The training was about which country that can be visited as an exchange’s student, the country levels, the departements, how to register until officially become student exchange participant, and what we have to do as a facilitator. After that the training continued discuss about the progress for the main event that held on 16 April 2022.
The activity initially opened with remarks from project officer, dean of the medical faculty of Riau University, and LOCO of CIMSA Riau Universiry. Then proceed with filling in the pre – test on the topic to be discussed, then the presentation of material about student exchange from the first speaker, namely Fauzan Hendrawan who is the National Exchange Officer for Outgoing 2021-2022. and the second speaker, dr. John Rico Manalu who is the Professional Outgoers 2020.

After the presentation of the material, it was continued with the handing over of certificates to the speakers SPACE 2022, and then filled the post – test by participant and after that a photo was taken together with the SPACE event participants.

After the webinar session ended, CIMSA UNRI conducted an air campaign on Instagram @cimsaunri about exchange fair myth and fact.
