Hello CIMSA!
On Saturday, 8th April 2023 CIMSA UNRI successfully held ALOHA (Enhancing Knowledge about Exchange Activities). This activity was held online via Zoom Meeting from 09.00 am until 12.00 am. ALOHA reached out over 74 participants that consist of CIMSA UNRI’s members, the campus community from Riau University.
ALOHA is an activity held by CIMSA UNRI that provides further information about exchange programs. This activity is targeted to pre-clinic and clinical medical students. ALOHA aims to increase the knowledge of the exchange’s election flow , also the country choices that are available. ALOHA also aims to increase medical student’s excitement of exchange activity.
Before the core activity was held, the pre-activity training for all of the committees was held by CIMSA UNRI. This pre-activity training was conducted on Monday, 27th March 2023 at 08.00 p.m until 09.00 p.m via Zoom Meeting and was attended by the entire committees (OC). The material was given by Jeremy Thomas Manik from CIMSA UNRI. In order to measure OC’s knowledge about the topic that had been discussed, the training also had a pre-test and post-test.
ALOHA was held on 4 days of events. Started from testimony from Ex-Outgoing and the exchange program information that was posted online on CIMSA UNRI’s instagram account on the first day of the event. The 2nd day was the day that we had the exchange fair stand and photobooth. The main event and webinar was held on the 3rd day of the event. Finally, the last day was the quiz day and also we posted the post-activity video.
The webinar was opened by MC, continued with the opening speech by Vice Project Officer and LOCO CIMSA UNRI. Then continued the presentation from the speakers. The first speaker is Ariana Safitri Putri as NEO-OUT SCOPE CIMSA 2022/2023 and the second speaker is Fitri Annisa Herdian as NAFO SCORE CIMSA 2022/2023. These presentations are followed by a talk show with dr. John Rico Antonius as former outgoing SCOPE CIMSA UNRI and Yovie Suryani, S.Ked as former outgoing SCORE CIMSA UNRI. Then, continued by Q&A session, games, and finally closed by event documentation.
