Hello CIMSA
SCORA CIMSA FK UNRI has successfully held PEACH (Prevent and Reduce HIV and AIDS) to celebrate World AIDS Day. World AIDS Day is a health campaign that is commemorated throughout the world on December 1 every year. Until now, HIV cases in the world have continued to increase in all age groups. On this basis, various series of activities are created, which are, of course, useful and meaningful for other people.
The PEACH series of events began with a Pre-Activity presented by PETRA CIMSA FK UNRI, namely Fitri Denovinsa Zulkarnain, to the organizing committee to increase their knowledge and understanding of what AIDS is so that they can eliminate the bad stigma. Next, we celebrated WAD on campus by giving a “Red Outfit” to all pre-clinic students. At this time, SCORE CIMSA FK UNRI also distributed red ribbons to the students. This was continued by conducting a campaign on Instagram via the twibbon provided to increase broader goals.
Next, live radio was held with RRI with two SCORA CIMSA FK UNRI members, namely Ganda Reksa Panjaitan and Allysa Octarina. Here, we discussed and educated two friends about what AIDS and HIV were, and this was very well received by the listeners and received enthusiasm from the listeners. Sometime later, CIMSA FK UNRI also released a collaboration video with a PLHIV influencer, Parid Raida, with whom CIMSA FK UNRI is the only organization in Riau willing and brave to invite PLHIV to collaborate.
In the end, the series of PEACH events closed with a quiz conducted on CIMSA FK UNRI’s Instagram to increase goals and get the benefits SCORA CIMSA FK UNRI had considered. At the end of the PEACH series of events, the SCORA CIMSA FK UNRI celebration also ends, but that doesn’t mean we stop here; SCORA CIMSA FK UNRI hopes that this series can be a stepping stone for us to be able to look further ahead and face #BreakTheStigma.
